Stay Connected with West PTC

The West PTC works hard to keep families well-informed and connected. We have several ways for you to stay in the loop:

Subscribe to the PTC and the School Calendar

You can subscribe to the West PTC and the West School calendars so all dates appear automatically on your personal calendar or phone.  At the top of the Calendar page, click the Subscribe button and follow the directions to Subscribe. 

Text Alerts

We use Remind for quick updates and reminders. Text messages go straight to your phone, so you never miss important info.

• Already joined by replying "YES" to an invite text? Create a free account at remind.com (or in the Remind app) using the same number you joined with.

• Want another caregiver to receive texts? Add a secondary phone number to your account (note: we prefer you do this to add another parent, rather than creating a new account so that we can stay below our Remind class limit):

  1. Log in at remind.com or open the app.

  2. Go to Account Settings > Notifications.

  3. Select Add phone/contact method, enter the number, and verify with the code sent via text.

• Missed the invite text? Text the @code of the class you want to join (see below) to 81010. You'll immediately receive a welcome text.

Emails and Newsletters will be sent with important program and event information throughout the week, plus our biweekly Friday Folder recap, which includes photos, events, and messages from our Principal and PTC Presidents.
