Friday Folder Submissions 

The Friday Folder is West School's weekly e-newsletter. Please use the form below for your submissions/photos for publication consideration. If you have any questions, please email fridayfolder@westschoolptc.org

 

Here are some helpful hints for submitting to the Friday Folder: 

 

For the Submission Type dropdown selections:

 

- Upcoming Events is for events happening at West School that have a date and time. Events should be occurring in the next couple of months. Events much have a title, date, time, location, and description of the event. 

 

- West Announcements is for happenings at West School that don't have a specific date and time. Examples include Before and After School Program registration, Lost and Found, or calls for volunteers. 

 

- West's Week in Review is for events or happenings around West School that have already taken place. This could be a congratulations or thank you message. Photos from the event or happening are encouraged, but please be sure the photo is approved by the West School front office before submitting. 

 

- Community Clicks is for events and happenings outside of West School but in our wonderful town. 

 

Submission Deadline:

 

- Wednesdays at noon

 

Submission Expiration: 

 

- Submissions generally run in the Friday Folder for 2 weeks, so there is no need to resubmit weekly, but if you would like to have it run more than 2 weeks, please submit a new submission.
