For the Submission Type dropdown selections:
- Upcoming Events is for events happening at West School that have a date and time. Events should be occurring in the next couple of months. Events must have a title, date, time, location , and description of the event.

- West's Announcements is for happenings at West School that don't have a specific date and time. Examples would be BASF registration, Lost and Found, or calls for volunteers.
 
- West's Week in Review is for events or happenings around West School that have already taken place. This could be a congratulations or thank you message. Photos from the event or happening are encouraged, but please be sure the photo is approved by Janine Farkas in the office before submitting. Email Janine the picture with the names of the children in the photo, and she can approve or tell you whom to crop out if necessary.
 
- Community Clicks is for events/happenings outside of West School but in our wonderful town.

Submission Deadline: Wednesdays at Noon
Note: Submissions generally run for 2 weeks, so there is no need to resubmit weekly, but if you'd like to have it run more than 2 weeks, please submit a new submission (updating the text to keep readers engaged).
