WestFest is Back!

 

CELEBRATE OUR INCREDIBLE SCHOOL

AND MAKE WEST THE BEST IT CAN BE!

 

WestFest begins Wednesday, October 1st and runs through Wednesday, October 15th  

 

WestFest is our annual fundraiser, asking West families to help enrich our children's educational experience by making a donation. Your generosity is a gift that directly impacts the day-to-day experiences of our children and their teachers.

 

Did you know that the PTC spends $280 per student, annually? Throughout the year, many important events are funded such as field trips, STEM enrichment and our much loved seasonal family events? Your generous gifts also provide grants to teachers, making it possible for them to purchase special materials for their classrooms, enhancing your child's education.

 

 

Help us reach our goal of 100% participation! 

Your family’s contribution, in any amount, is valued and appreciated as we try to reach our fundraising goals.

2025-2026 PTC Membership

PTC Membership is $30 per family for the year and helps support the many enrichment programs, events and resources we bring to West. Members also receive access to the digital school directory, which you can access via the PTC website, the Membership Toolkit app, or by purchasing a hardcopy for an additional $10. 

 

If you are a returning member, you will be prompted to login. 
If you are a new member and have not created a Membership Toolkit username, you will be prompted to do so.

Volunteers Needed for the 2025-2026 School Year! 

 

 

 

Looking to make a difference at West? We have a variety of volunteer opportunities, both big and small, including helping with school social events, programs, media center support and the always popular Classroom Coordinator/Room Parent role.
