The West PTC seeks to ensure that families are well informed about happenings around the school. We do that through emails, the weekly PTC newsletter - The Friday Folder, and Instagram.

Friday Folder
The PTC's Friday Folder is West School's weekly e-newsletter containing all you need to know in and around West. It contains important school news and dates as well as links to fun community events. We welcome submissions to the Friday Folder by those within the school and community. Submissions are due by Wednesdays at noon in order to be included for that week's newsletter. @WestPTCNC is a private Instagram page for West School parents only. Follow to get up-to-date information and photos of happenings at West. You may need to verify your child's name and grade for access. Share your Instagram-worthy moments and submit photos from school activities to socialmedia@westschoolptc.org.
